Chief Technology Officer
Vijay is a technology and product leader with 20+ years of experience. He is a recipient of 13+ U.S Patents in areas of technology which include, identity management, consent management, web services, cybersecurity, and directory services.
Prior to joining GreenLight, Vijay spearheaded initiatives related to cybersecurity and identity management for American Airlines. Previously, Vijay helped lead the launch of Syniverse Mobile Identity Product to address fraud, marketing and regulatory needs of enterprises. He also worked in technology and product leadership roles at Sprint and Verizon. Vijay has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Osmania University, India and an Executive MBA from Benedictine College, KS.
Chief Product Officer
Prior to joining GreenLight, Shrikant was a Senior Information Technology Director at Sabre Holdings, which is the Global Distribution Service (GDS) provider for the travel industry where he led numerous transformational IT initiatives. He was responsible for building platforms that allowed Sabre to connect with 1000s of travel suppliers such as airlines, cruises, hotels and car rental companies around the world. Shrikant has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from India and a Masters in Computer Science from SMU, Dallas.
Chief Financial Officer
Divakar Kamath currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GreenLight Credentials. Prior to that he was CFO of LoudCloud Systems, Inc., a Dallas based education software company which was sold to a public company in March 2016. Prior to LoudCloud, Divakar had a long career as fund manager in private equity for 30 years. During his tenure in the PE industry he served as Chairman of the National Association of Investment Companies for two years. He received a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India, a Master’s in Materials Science from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Manoj is an entrepreneur and a successful leader of IT and education businesses. Prior to GreenLight, Manoj was the Founder-CEO of LoudCloud Systems, a leading SaaS LMS and analytics platform that was successfully sold to and is currently part of Barnes and Noble Education. Prior to LoudCloud, he was one of the youngest Presidents at Tata ($100B+) where he built one of the world’s largest interactive software companies.
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining GLC, Amin was the founding CEO of Unizin, a consortium that seeks to change learning experiences by providing teaching and learning resources that improve access, affordability, and learner success. Prior to Unizin, he held leadership roles at KPMG, JP Morgan Chase, University of Minnesota, and Accenture.
General Counsel and Director of Public Affairs
Eric spent five terms in the North Carolina State Senate where he chaired the Senate's technology committee, served as an Appropriations Chair and on the Education Oversight Committee. Eric has worked with numerous education technology companies; notably, he served as General Counsel and Public Affairs Director for SchoolDude.com. He also served on the Board of Wake Tech Community College in Raleigh, NC. Currently, Eric serves on the Board of the Perot Museum and the Board of the Region 10 Education Service Center. He is also Chairman for Dallas ISD's PTECH Industry Advisory Board. Eric received his undergraduate degrees from Duke University and his law degree from Wake Forest University.
Bill was a partner with Deloitte, an international professional services firm, for 27 years where he represented a number of public and private companies in tax matters, acquisition and divestiture transactions, financing transactions, and IPO related activities. He currently practices as an attorney advising new and emerging businesses.
